已通過(guò)兔抗m6A抗體發(fā)現(xiàn)和檢測(cè)到100ng來(lái)自Dam+和Dam-大腸桿菌菌株的基因組DNA。
2）
A：Elisa量化不同含量的m6A。兔抗m6A抗體用于捕獲抗體和生物素標(biāo)記的寡核苷酸作為抗原。寡核苷酸均由24個(gè)核苷酸組成，其中包括五個(gè)N-6-甲基-2-脫氧腺苷（m6A寡寡核苷酸BT）或-脫氧腺苷（陰性對(duì)照寡寡核苷酸BT），另外3’- 端被生物素標(biāo)記。鏈霉親和素結(jié)合辣根過(guò)氧化物酶被用作為檢測(cè)器。
